Your Wedding Day

You’ve met fallen in love and decided to get married. WOW that’s worth celebrating!

Choosing Your Celebrant

It is important to choose a celebrant that you resonate with and one that is on the same page ‘so to speak’.

I believe that no wedding ceremony is identical and as your celebrant I focus on individuality and personal style of each couple.  I’ll tell your story your way in a language that you’re comfortable with so no boring parts.

Together with my experience and your ideas, I can create a fabulous and romantic ceremony leaving you to focus on everything else that goes into making your day a magical experience.

Traditional or Modern?

Your Wedding Ceremony

A traditional wedding ceremony is a lovely way to celebrate the joining of love and commitment between two people. Your families and guests will love the service and atmosphere of a classic ceremony after all, this is your dream wedding day, a classic service, wedding readings, many guests and family and celebration of love in the most time honoured fashion.

Your wedding doesn’t have to be a compromise.

This is your special day, and it is up to you to decide what kind of ceremony is the best to reflect you as a couple.

Modern ceremonies tend to be less formal, and have a more relaxed   atmosphere. A bit of humour and fun is a fantastic way to celebrate the joys of love and commitment.

Your ceremony is all about you and your story, so adding your unique style like writing your personal vows, including a favourite reading and even adding an element of ritual to your ceremony is a profoundly meaningful way to bring it all together creating an absolutely fabulous wedding.

 My ceremonies start from $385.

Spiritual / Alternative

For those couples who are not religious however would like a more spiritual / alternative wedding ceremony, I work with crystals, aromatherapy, essences, astrology, Reiki energy, the elements and a sense of ritual to create beautiful earth based ceremonies.

Wedding Vows

When it comes to wedding vows the only real limit is your imagination.

Whether you prefer traditional, modern or those funny and quirky ones, there is a smorgasbord of vows on the internet, or you may wish to write you own in which case, they can be more personal romantic and meaningful.

Wedding Readings

Lots of couples nowadays choose to incorporate wedding readings into their ceremony and once again, there is a smorgasbord to choose from on the internet.

Some well-known ones include:

  • Love by Roy Croft
  • Kahil Gilbran philosopher and poet
  • Extract from Gift From The Sea Anne Morrow Lindbergh
  • Shakespeare Sonnet 18
  • Marriage Joins Two People in the Circle of Its Love, by Edmund O’Neill
